A chance to ‘dine out’ without leaving your chalet, Taste by Boutique is a unique ‘restaurant’ concept. Taste was born out of feedback from our guests, who wanted to eat fantastic food, but also wanted more variety throughout their stay. Taste is more relaxed than our fine-dining menus, designed so that you have time to enjoy the fantastic facilities in our chalets without feeling tied to the dining table all evening. Taste is also about eating together as a family or group of friends, sharing stories of the day on the mountain.
Designed by Head Chef, Nick Lyon Dean, inspired by world cuisine and the concept of tasty yet relaxed food shared at a convivial table. Suitable for the whole family to enjoy together, mixing-up the service style with menus featuring Middle Eastern sharing platters, American slow cooking and our own take on the classic gourmet burger. This is contemporary dining, the best of the city, now in the Alps.
Each menu isn’t just about food, but also the drinks. We have selected a special wine to accompany each menu that we believe perfectly compliments the flavours of the dish, and we’re pleased to offer you two complimentary bottles to enjoy with your meal. We’re sure you’ll enjoy sampling these and we have made some other recommendation you may like to try as well, but of course you’re welcome to enjoy any drinks from our house list as well.
We would certainly recommend choosing at least one menu during your stay, but if you would like to enjoy all three you certainly can. Let us know of any dietary requirements in advance, and unless you tell us otherwise we will assume the whole family will dine together.
